The location was very convenient, as we were close to the airport and near a shopping mall. Additionally, the staff were helpful and friendly, and we enjoyed the big bed in our room.

My room was clean and hotel staff was reasonable.

My reservation was not there and when I arrived few hours before the check in time they charged to me 60% extra. My arrival was confirmed by local person one day before.

This hotel is conveniently located near top malls and important amenities. It is also very close to the airport, making it easy to travel in and out of the city. the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the breakfast is good quality. the club rooms have added facilities to enjoy during the stay.

The staff could benefit from better training to avoid issues with check-in, service, and handling of guest needs.

We also appreciated the flat-screen TV and the comfortable bed with its big size. The dining options were great too, and the breakfast served here was delicious. we couldn't have asked for a better experience.
